Every classic vehicle purchased through C & S Used Cars comes with a limited mechanical warranty for your peace of mind:
โ 60 days from the delivery date
OR
โ 1000 miles driven โ whichever comes first
If a mechanical issue arises during this period that was not disclosed prior to sale, our team will work with you directly to resolve the matter through:

๐ Vehicle return (when necessary and pre-approved)

- Unexpected mechanical failures
- Internal drivetrain problems not visible at the time of sale
- Electrical or safety-related components if the failure was not disclosed
- Cosmetic imperfections disclosed before sale (scratches, fading, etc.)
- Normal age-related wear and tear (brakes, hoses, minor leaks)
- Buyer modifications or unauthorized repairs after purchase
- Accidents, misuse, neglect, or damage occurring post-delivery
- Typical vintage-car quirks that do not affect safe operation
If the vehicle arrives in a significantly different condition than described, or a major undisclosed issue appears within the warranty period, you may request a return.
